It is conveniently located right in the heart of the University of Queensland education precinct. The unique location of our university accommodation in Brisbane allows students to walk to lectures – meaning no need for public transport and therefore provides students with more time for study or enjoying the extensive range of extra curricular activities that the University has on offer – or because you are so close to campus, you can even head back to your apartment for your lunch break or a coffee on your private balcony with your friends.

The bedroom is fully furnished and includes your own separate bathroom, AC unit, TV and double bed. The common facilities such as your kitchen, balcony and laundry are shared with the one other person in your apartment.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.
