All rooms at Scape Swanston student accommodation have been very thoughtfully designed to ensure a very comfortable academic year for all students. Enjoy living in a private studio with a double bed, built-in storage, kitchenette, dining and a study area. Scape Swanston Melbourne does not want you to stay cooped up in your room which is why you will be privy to great amenities perfect for unwinding after a long day or sitting down with your friends to work on a presentation in peace. There is a fully equipped Gym where you can workout or watch a movie in the Cinema Hall in the luxury of your pyjamas. There is a Communal Kitchen where you can have meals with your friends or just catch up with each other over coffee.

To enjoy the good weather there always is the Outdoor Terrace. Walk to RMIT University, Melbourne City Campus in five minutes, or stroll to La Trobe University, Franklin Street Campus in eight minutes. It’s a 22-minute walk to the University of Melbourne or 10 minutes by tram. There are three types of a studio on offer, so you can decide exactly how much space you need. All rooms have a private kitchenette and dining area, so you won’t have to rely on unhealthy takeaways, and you’ll have your own ensuite bathroom with a power shower.

* COVID-19 SUPPORT SERVICES : On January 24th 2020, we introduced our COVID-19 protocols including free and immediate medical assessments, provisions for voluntary 14-day isolation (before any government announcements) and a range of enhanced protections in building for our residents. Those initiatives have been upgraded throughout the pandemic and we now also provide nurses and extra security in our buildings to support our students on a dedicated basis and offer extra peace of mind.

Note : All rates shown are per person, per week, dual occupancy is only allowed in large studio apartments ( accessible / non-accessible ) at an additional $50 per week.
