Unilodge D1 is a modern student accommodation located on 139 Bouverie Street in Melbourne. You will find yourself close to the University of Melbourne and RMIT campus as well. Great transport links, social spaces, furnished studio apartments, Cafe Tre Sette and so much more. Your student housing in Melbourne is located in the University of Melbourne campus precinct, so it’s easy to get to lectures. Walk to both University of Melbourne and RMIT University, Melbourne City campus in 14 minutes. When you want to explore the city, you’re 100m from the tram. All studios are well appointed, furnished, contemporary student apartments, each with kitchen facilities and bathrooms. Many of the apartments have spacious balconies with parkland views. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with high speed wireless internet access. D1 also provides residents with a common room with lounge area, cafe style seating area, huge plasma TV with Foxtel. A large separate study room is also available for students who want to work as a group or away from their room. There is also a coin-operated laundry available for the exclusive use of residents.
