Our Lyme Regis student accommodation in Bournemouth is run in partnership with Bournemouth University and is located in the heart of the Lansdowne Campus.

There’s a bus stop directly outside our student accommodation taking you to Talbot Campus in an 15-minute bus journey. For journeys further afield, you can walk to Bournemouth Coach and Rail station in less than 10 minutes.

You’ll have access to the exclusive ResLifeBU events and wellbeing programme, only available in BU accommodation, which is designed to help you enjoy your time in student accommodation to the fullest. 

Lyme Regis House had a £1.4 million refurbishment in the summer of 2019, meaning the rooms are fresh, current and inviting. We have modern en-suite or studio living options to choose from.  A short distance from the University, city centre, and beach, this Village gives more than a good location and modern design. Residents’ events, common areas, and proximity to hotspots are all given to improve the already strong sense of belonging in Lyme Regis. This is a place to start the next chapter of your life. 

Convenient local shops are available, with an on-site Tesco Express supermarket and an ASDA that’s a five-minute walk away as well as other local amenities. Bournemouth town centre and train station are both within walking distance should you choose to venture a little bit further.
