Our Silver Plus Studios are located over the First and Second floors and offer great views over the Union Canal basin.

Gold Studio Plus if you’re after a fully-furnished and modern studio apartment. Measuring between 20.07sqm-22.69sqm, you’ll have everything you could need for an amazing student experience from your comfy bedroom area with great views of the surrounding areas from your balcony, to your study space ideal for cracking on with work, to your kitchen area for cooking up something good. Our Platinum Studio measures 23.17sqm-25.54sqm and is designed with you in mind. Within your fully-furnished apartment you’ll find your own snug bed ideal for jumping into after a long day of working hard at your study space, as well as your own breakfast bar and kitchen area which makes for a great cooking set-up, or somewhere to relax with friends. You’ll even have your own private bathroom so you never have to worry about waiting for a shower to start off the day.

Measuring between 19.74spm-28.73sqm, this luxury room is designed to the highest standards and brand new for 2023. You’ll have your own lovely bed, modern en-suite bathroom, a dedicated study space, tons of storage and a fully-furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar, you will also have an amazing view of the Union Canal basin.

Our Gold Studio apartment comes with similar features as the Silver Studio style, except with more space. Measuring 19.74sqm, you’ll find your own bed, private en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and living area. Not to mention, your room will also offer great views of the Union Canal from your very own balcony. The Deluxe Studio measures 33.05sqm and is the largest of our room styles at The Keel Houses. It’s designed with everything the modern student needs including a comfy double bed, a fully private bathroom, kitchenette and living space. Don’t worry about storing all your belongings, there’s ample storage space including a wardrobe and desk draws.
