About Halls

The Quarry is student accommodation that not only offers you a convenient location but also a picturesque one! You have access to excellent transport links that connect you to all the major destinations at Falmouth. This means that you can hop on a bus and get to Falmouth University in less than 15 minutes or you can catch a train, listen to a couple of songs and you will be at the University of Exeter’s Penryn campus. The best part about living at The Quarry accommodation is the views. Your window opens up to the views of crashing waves and you are never too far away from the fresh ocean breeze! If this is not the perfect way to start a day, we don’t know what is!

Turning our attention to The Quarry student accommodation, you will find yourself looking at some modern, clean and well-equipped en-suites and studios. You can get a Premium Ensuite which is made up of anywhere between 3-5 bed flats with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen complete with a hob, an ovens and a freezer along with a dining table with chairs. If you simply want to relax with your friends, you can simply do so by sitting on the bean bag chairs and watching TV. The facilities only go up as we move from the Premium Ensuite to Superior Ensuite, Standard Studio and so on!

The other accommodations offered by The Quarry include bike storage for your rental or owned bikes, on-site laundry to wash your clothes, on-site maintenance in case something breaks down and communal kitchens where you can cook with the other students. Since the property has a high-speed WiFi connection, you can sit and study or watch a movie, practically anywhere! CCTVs have been installed to ensure the physical safety and psychological security of the students.
