Brand new, modern and comfortable our Zip Building student accommodation in Leicester comes in the form of studio apartments, 1-bed apartments, or 2, 3 and even 4-bed apartments – whatever you need, we can help provide it.

As well as a great location and a range of luxury accommodation options, all rooms come with double beds and all apartments are available with either en-suite shower rooms or luxury bathrooms. Free internet connection is included, as are water rates, and a £200 energy allowance is provided per person, so you’ll always be warm and comfortable. Every flat also includes a TV, a washer/dryer and access to car parking (which comes at an additional cost). Finally, a 24-hour Emergency Service is provided, so you’ll always be safe and looked-after.

Based just outside the campus for De Montfort University, the Zip Building is located in the heart of a bustling student area, with takeaways, pubs and restaurants to choose from – and health and fitness options like PureGym are only a few minutes down the road.
