• This offer is available to new student bookings only.
   
• Unlimited vouchers per customer are permitted if the students referred to book student accommodation are new.
   
• Best Student Halls reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
   
• The offer is valid on a minimum 40-week student hall booking with us.
   
• Offer is only redeemed 15 days after the referred friend moves into their student accommodation and is confirmed.
   
• A student accommodation booking is considered complete when:
   
  • The tenancy agreement is signed.
     
  • Payment of the student accommodation deposit, full rent / first rent installment is made.
     
  • Any Guarantor agreement is accepted, if required for the student accommodation booking.
