Express Building accommodation is made up of individual studio apartments that act as stand-alone units and contain everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Each one of these studios is characterised by spacious living space, large beds, clean and airy bathrooms and access to fully-equipped kitchenettes. You will also find designated study areas complete with study tables and chairs at Express Building. Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
